Contemporary Dance – Dante Murillo
Leitung: Dante Murillo
A first part of the class contains a series of games of walking, listening and alertness. We will focus in taking collective decisions in the room by following different playful tasks and music, thereby connecting and getting inspired by each other, finding spontaneous and creative paths to travel in the space. A second part of the class will focus in the practice of few phrases of movement inspired in release technique, spiralling, rolling, sending, sliding, travelling into a flexible space and stimulating a flexible state of mind.
